We ship pool equipment to addresses across Australia from our base in Epping, NSW. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Every Australian order qualifies for free standard shipping.

New South Wales

• Free shipping: 4–7 business days, free
• Express shipping: 2–4 business days, $55

All other states and territories

• Free shipping: 5–10 business days, free
• Regular shipping: 5–7 business days, $110
• Express shipping: 2–4 business days, $165

All prices are in Australian dollars. We currently ship within Australia only.

When your order is sent

Orders are usually dispatched within a few business days of payment. If your order will take longer, for example because an item needs to come from our supplier, we will contact you with an updated timeframe. Delivery times above start from dispatch and are estimates from our carriers. They may be longer for regional and remote areas, during public holidays, or when weather affects transport. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you before sending anything and offer a wait time, an alternative or a full refund.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking details. If you haven't received them within a week of ordering, contact us and we'll follow it up.

Receiving your delivery

• Some items, such as filters, pumps and chlorinators, are large or heavy. Please make sure someone can receive them, or leave safe-place instructions in the order notes at checkout.
• Check the packaging when it arrives. If the box is visibly damaged, note this with the driver if you can and photograph it before opening.
• Report any damaged, missing or incorrect items to us within 7 days of delivery so we can lodge a claim with the carrier quickly. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Local Sydney customers

Need it installed? We supply and install pool equipment across Sydney. If you'd like us to install the equipment you're buying, call us before ordering and we can arrange delivery and installation together. Installation is quoted separately.
