• Beatbot Sora 30 Robotic Pool Cleaner: 2-year replacement warranty
• Beatbot Sora 70 Robotic Pool Cleaner: 3-year replacement warranty
• Beatbot iSkim Robotic Pool Skimmer: 3-year warranty
• Neptune NDC25 and NDC35 Digital Chlorinators: 4 years or 10,000 hours on the cell and power pack, whichever comes first
• Neptune X-Eco NPE750 and NPE1500 Inverter Pumps: 5-year limited warranty
• Neptune SF650 Fibreglass Sand Filters: 10 years on the tank, 2 years on the multiport valve, 1 year on all other parts

Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Full terms are set by each manufacturer and are included with the product.

How to make a warranty claim

1. Contact us on 0440 138 135 or at info@sydneypoolequipment.com.au.
2. Include your order number (or proof of purchase), the product, and a description of the problem. Photos or a short video help us diagnose it quickly.
3. We'll troubleshoot with you first, because many issues can be fixed over the phone. If the product is faulty, we'll arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer, or inspect it ourselves if you're in our Sydney service area.

What warranties don't cover

Manufacturer warranties generally don't cover:

• damage from incorrect installation, or not following the manufacturer's instructions;
• accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modification or repair;
• normal wear and tear on consumable parts such as brushes, filters and seals;
• damage from water chemistry outside the manufacturer's recommended range, freezing, flooding or electrical surges.

Installation by a qualified professional is recommended for pumps, filters and chlorinators. We offer supply and installation across Sydney. See Equipment Supply & Installation.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The manufacturer warranties above are in addition to these rights. They do not replace them.
